SHIPPING
Nominated day delivery
For shipping on a selected date, Please select the ‘specific day delivery’ shipping charge option at checkout to secure your date.
You can select a preferred delivery date for your order on the cart page before checkout. Please note we will do our best to assist with this but delivery dates are not 100% guaranteed.
Standard Delivery
Please allow up to 5 working days following the day you place your order. Larger orders may take longer to arrive. *standard shipping times are not guaranteed and can take longer during busy periods
Express delivery
Please allow 1-3 working days to receive your order. *Delivery times are not guaranteed
Wedding flower shipping
Please note wedding flowers have a lead time of up to 2 weeks, please account for this when choosing your delivery date and get in touch if you need them sooner.
Orders are only dispatched on working days Monday - Friday
International Delivery
We offer delivery worldwide. Please note international delivery lead times can vary from country to country, we cannot guarantee nominated day delivery for international or EU deliveries
CLICK AND COLLECT AND LOCAL EDINBURGH DELIVERY
Our dried flowers are available to click and collect in Edinburgh. Collection is free of charge and can be made from our Abbeyhill studio. Select the collection option at checkout.
LOCAL DELIVERY AROUND EDINBURGH
We also offer the option for local carbon neutral bike delivery around Edinburgh city centre for £6. Please let us know your preferred delivery date in the order instructions and we will do our best to meet this.
Please note that no live tracking info is provided as deliveries are made by local riders. They will call you if they have any problems.
RETURNS
All of our dried stems are handpicked to ensure that they of the highest quality. If however your flowers arrive damaged please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. Upon review we will replace the damage bunch. As colour varies from monitor to monitor and due to the nature of flowers, slight colour variations are not considered a fault in the product.
If you wish to return or exchange your dried flowers them please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days once the parcel has been delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, must be unused, still wrapped in the original paper, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will inspect the items upon return and only issue a refund if we are certain that the items have not been used.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dried-flowers.co.uk. You are responsible for covering the postage costs of sending items back unless they are damaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The original shipping cost paid by the customer will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item has been dispatched and is showing as delivered but has not arrived you must notify us within 14 days from the day the order was shipped. After this point you must contact the courier directly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including the wedding range, and custom bespoke items including wreaths, sale items and wedding products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send out your exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
Once your order has been prepared, packaged or dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Please note we cannot accept cancellations on orders for wedding flowers. If you wish to cancel your order please email us at hello@dried-flowers.co.uk as soon as possible and we will advise if this is possible.
